随着经济全球化的深入发展，国际间贸易合作日益增强，航空服务行业日渐崛起和繁荣，对民航服务行业从业人员的基本素质和外语水平提出了新的要求和挑战。本文对全国经济相对发达的江浙沪地区的主要的互联网招聘求职平台的航空服务类外语人才的招聘信息进行数据收集、分析，调查招聘单位对航空服务行业外语人才的社会需求。研究结果对航空服务行业外语人才培养具有启示作用。 - 关键词：
航空服务行业；外语人才；社会需求分析； - Abstract: With the in-depth development of the world economic globalization, the international trade cooperation is increasing, and the aviation service industry is growing up and prospering, which puts forward new requirements and challenges to the basic quality and foreign language level of the employees in the aviation service industry. In this paper, we collect and analyze the recruitment information of foreign language talents in aviation service industry on the main internet recruitment platform in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, which is relatively developed in the national economy. We investigate the social needs of foreign language talents in aviation service industry by recruitment units. The results of the research have enlightenment on the cultivation of foreign language talents in aviation service industry.
