美国的活跃退休社区（A A R C）是一种面向低龄老人的养老社区，这类社区主要通过适宜的生活环境、丰富的配套设施以及健全的组织管理来为老人提供丰富多彩、充满活力的养老方式。其中，社区的配套设施在A A R C 的开发建设中始终占据着重要的核心地位。文章对2019 年3 月底前进入美国养老市场的全部2235 所AARC 进行了全面详实的数据分析，重点考察AARC 中配套设施的类型及相关配置率，并探讨配套设施与社区规模之间的关系，以及配套设施的演进趋势与地域分布特征，旨在为我国相关养老社区的开发建设提供借鉴。 - 关键词：
活跃退休社区；配套设施；社区规模；演进；地域分布； - Abstract: Active Adult Retirement Community (AARC) in the United States is a kind of community for the low-aged elderly. Such communities establish a colorful and vigorous lifestyle for the elderly with pleasant living environment, rich amenities and sound management. Among them, the supporting facilities of the community always occupy the core position in the development and construction of AARC. This paper has made a comprehensive and detailed data analysis of all 2235 AARCs entering the senior living market in the United States before the end of March 2019, focusing on types and allocation rates of supporting amenities, and exploring the relations between amenity configuration and the number of community households, construction period and geographical distribution, which has very important reference value for the construction of relevant retirement communities in China.
