城市用地迅速扩张和人口急剧增长是我国城镇化的主要特征，协调两者关系这一新型城镇化进程中面临的主要问题，学者们采用不同的方法进行了探讨。文章在介绍我国人口与用地协调关系评价方法的基础上，进一步分析阐述各类评价方法的适应性和局限性，指出目前的人口增长与土地扩张评价角度多样化，为制定不同层次的政策提供了基础，但微观尺度研究不足，评价方法普遍对城市用地集约与否的敏感度不够。协调性评价的目的之一为调节人地关系，因此在当前城市蔓延的状态下，应加强对城市用地集约与否敏感的人地关系评价方法研究。 - 关键词：
人口增长；土地扩张；协调性；用地集约； - Abstract: The rapid expansion of urban land use and the population growth are the main characteristics of China’s urbanization. How to coordinate the relationship between them is the key of the new urbanization, which is discussed by scholars in different ways. This paper introduces the coordination evaluation methods between population and land use in our country currently, discusses the adaptability and limitations of all kinds of evaluation methods deeply, then points out that the current diversifying methods have provided the basis for making different levels policy, but the micro scale research is not sufficient and the evaluation methods is not enough to the compact city. In order to regulate the relationship between urban population and land use better, the evaluation method sensitive to land intensification should be paid more attention.
