- “体系”理念下的城上地下共荣 ——巴黎近现代地下空间开发经验

- 摘要：
随着城市发展，地下空间成为城市拓展的重要方向。然而，地下空间开发受到地上建成因素等制约，呈现系统性与复杂性的特点，需要多维统筹考虑。伴随“巴黎改造计划”而产生的“体系”理念，倡导构建体系化网络以推进城市的有机有序发展，深刻影响了巴黎近现代地下空间的开发。研究重新审视“体系”理念，指出体系化城市网络构建对城上地下一体化的意义；梳理近现代巴黎在单一要素建设、地上地下复合开发、时间维度的协同3 个层面的体系化构建方法和策略；总结了近现代巴黎在规划建设、社会效能、协同管理等层面的经验，为我国地下空间体系化开发提供一些参考思路。 - 关键词：
体系；地下空间；一体化；立体网络；巴黎； - Abstract: With the expansion of urban development, underground has become an important direction in urban renewal. Given the limitation of urban development space, restricted by the above ground construction factors, it presents the characteristics of systematization and complexity in underground space development process, which need to be considered comprehensively. The concept of "Réseau" (System) came into being with the Grand Reforms of Paris, which advocates the construction of systematic urban network to promote the organic and orderly development of the city, and has deeply influenced the development of underground space in modern Paris. Then, the systematic construction methods and Strategies of modern Paris is divided into three aspects: single element construction, composite development of ground- underground and coordination. Finally, this paper summarized the experience of modern Paris in urban planning and construction, social vitality stimulation, development and management, so as to provide reference for the development of underground space in China.
