研究采用空间句法结合实地调研定量分析了人民广场地铁站地下商业空间的可达性、可视性、功能混合程度、业态组成和出入口分布等变量因素，利用行人计数法获取选定节点的现场人流截面穿行量，再通过建立多元线性回归模型探讨各变量与空间活力之间的相关性。结果表明，地铁站域地下商业空间活力分布受空间结构合理性、轨道交通功能介入、空间功能混合程度、出入口布局等多重因素综合影响。最后针对地下商业空间的活力营造提出优化策略。 - 关键词：
地下商业空间；地铁站域；空间活力；空间句法；行人计数法； - Abstract: Taking Shanghai People's Square metro station (SPSMS) as a case study, this paper investigated the distribution regularities of the spatial vitality in underground commercial space in metro area (UCSIMA) by analyzing its spatial characteristic and social activity quantitatively. Methods of space syntax, traditional field investigation and pedestrian counting were adopted to measure the spatial feature and citizens' activity intensity of SPSMS respectively, then for comparison. And the correlation between each variable and spatial vitality was further explored by establishing multiple linear regression model. Results showed that the spatial vitality of UCSIMA is comprehensively affected by related variables, including visibility and accessibility of spatial configuration, degree of functional mixture, and the layout of station hall as well as entrances/exits. Depending on the feedback results, corresponding improvement suggestions and discussions are put forward to provide reference for future planning, design and optimization of UCSIMA with effective vitality.
