文章应用西方城市公众史学的理论视角和社会学调查方法研究通州老城南大街民族聚居区保护发展问题，即以集体记忆为线索，梳理南大街城市历史景观构成体系，另通过居民意愿调查，诊断并分析南大街民族聚居区的现实问题及其城市空间的生存困境，最后基于多重地域感知与重构，提出“以遗址价值与城市发展框架整合为基础，以保留城市历史景观、重塑老城集体记忆为核心，以社区管理与社区营造并行为实施保障”的南大街民族聚居区保护发展策略，旨在探讨一种大运河沿运聚落有机更新及城市复兴的有效途径。 - 关键词：
城市化；民族聚居区；保护发展；社会学调查； - Abstract: This paper attempts to apply the theory of urban public history and sociological survey to study the protection and development of Nandajie Ethnic Settlements. By including clues to collective memory to untangle the system of urban historic landscape of Nandajie, and using sociological survey to diagnose and analyze the dilemma of Nandajie environment, and based on multi-regional perception and reconstruction, this paper proposes the protection and development strategy of Nandajie Ethnic Settlements, which takes integration of site value and urban development framework as the basis, the preservation of the historic landscape of the city and the reshaping of the collective memory of the old city as the core, ensured by community management and community construction. The aim is to explore an organic development strategy for the ethnic settlements along the Grand Canal.
