21 世纪初，随着城市更新概念的引入，韩国的城市重建逐渐向城市更新转变，相关的研究和实践也随之展开。文章介绍了韩国城市更新产生的背景、定义、研究现状和类型，梳理总结了韩国有关城市更新的政策立法，旨在为我国城市更新的相关发展提供国际经验。研究表明，加强国家顶层的宏观调控是我国重要的城市更新发展路径，包括通过国家机构和法律的手段整合明确城市更新的概念，进一步提升城市更新的研究地位，通过国家机构加强城市更新的研究，明确全国的更新类型并将更新类型与政策制定相结合，建立以综合法律、配套法律法规、多元政策为核心的城市更新制度体系等。 - 关键词：
韩国；城市更新；概念；类型；政策立法； - Abstract: In the early 21st century, with the introduction of the concept of urban regeneration, urban renewal has gradually changed to urban regeneration in South Korea, and relevant researches and practices have also been carried out accordingly. This paper introduces the background, definition, research status, types, summarizes the policies and laws of urban regeneration in South Korea in order to provide international experience for the development of urban regeneration in China. The research shows that strengthening the macro-control at the top of the country is an important path for the development of urban regeneration in China, including clarifying the concept of urban regeneration and further enhancing the research status of urban regeneration through the national institutions and laws, strengthening the research of urban regeneration through national institutions, clarifying the national regeneration types, and combining the regeneration types with policies-making, establishing an urban regeneration system with comprehensive laws, supporting laws and regulations and multiple policies, etc. as its core.
