县域作为我国最大的生态本底系统和基本经济单元,对我国碳减排目标具有重要意义。文章在大中城市居民生活碳排放机理研究的基础上,结合县域规模结构的特殊性,进行理论模型构建、指标选取及实证检验研究,试图寻找影响县域居民生活碳排放的关键性规模结构要素和代表性指标。研究结果表明:(1)全国样本显示,人口规模、县城区人口比例以及经济规模是我国县域居民生活碳排放的关键影响因素;(2)各地区样本显示,我国东、中、西部不同发展水平地区的关键指标及影响关系差异较大;(3)与全国、省市层面相比,县域人口收入水平、城镇化水平及用地规模结构等因素与生活碳排放的影响关系具有一定差异性。结合该研究结论,应在人口规模、用地规模以及县城区人口用地聚集度等方面结合碳排放目标设定上限或区间管控,并基于不同发展情景设定差异化规模管控要素及指标。 - 关键词:
规模结构;居民生活碳排放;县域;低碳规划; - Abstract: As the largest ecological background system and basic economic unit in China, the county area is of great significance to the realization of China's carbon emission reduction targets. Based on the research on the carbon emission mechanism of residents in large and medium-sized cities, combined with the structural particularity of spatial system in the county, this paper conducts theoretical model construction, index selection and empirical test research. This paper attempts to find the key scale structural elements and representative indicators that affect the carbon emissions of county residents. The results reveal that: (1) The national sample shows that the population size, the proportion of the population in the county and the economic scale are the key factors affecting the carbon emissions of the county residents in China; (2) Samples from different regions show that the key indicators and influences of different development levels in China's eastern, central and western regions are quite different. (3) Compared with the national, provincial and municipal population, the county population exhibits some differences in terms of the impact of income level, urbanization level and land use structure upon domestic carbon emissions. Based on the research conclusions, upper limit or interval control should be set in terms of population size, land use scale and population concentration of county population, and different scale control factors and indicators should be set based on different low carbon development scenarios.
