我国当前自上而下的开发模式忽视了村民变迁的生活和变化的需求，导致乡土文化与村民生活渐行渐远。文章以莲湖村为例，探讨了村民生活的变迁是造成村落风貌破坏和空间闲置等诸多问题的重要原因，同时，传统村落保护与乡村发展的价值与村民变化的需求在要素上有重合，在内涵上有耦合的作用。基于此，文章从乡村发展模式、产业培育和人居环境三方面探讨了村民需求的落实和协调策略，以期为传统村落的复兴提供借鉴。 - 关键词：
村民需求；生活变迁；传统村落；复兴；莲湖村； - Abstract: The top-down development model in China neglects the life and changing needs of villagers, leading to the gradual separation of local culture and villagers' lives. Taking Lianhu village as an example, this paper discusses the changes in villagers' lives as an important cause of the destruction of village styles and idle spaces, meanwhile, there are connection between the value of traditional villages and the needs of villagers (both of them have same elements and there is a coupling promotion effect in the connotation). At last, this paper also proposed some implementation and coordination strategies of villagers' needs from following three aspects: development mode, industrial guidance and space environment. Based on these, references will be provided for rejuvenation of traditional villages in the future.
