存量规划背景下精细规划促使集约高效利用成为城市空间利用的重要举措，城市公共空间立体化开发催生城市下沉广场出现并逐渐壮大。以上海“江湾—五角场”城市副中心为例，阐述不同空间尺度下城市下沉广场周边环境要素构成，分析下沉广场作为城市公共空间在设施服务及空间响应方面的衰减特征；探究基于不同城市空间尺度对标的整合要素对创智天地下沉广场及其周边环境的关系及其现存问题，以创智天地下沉广场现存问题为基础，分别从0m、0~200m、200~400m、＞400m等4种空间尺度提出下沉广场与其内部功能及景观、周边城市交通、周边城市功能、周边城市空间形态对应的整合机制。 - 关键词：
空间尺度；下沉广场；周边环境；整合机制； - Abstract: Under the background of stock planning, intensive and effi cient use of urban space has become an important measure. The three-dimensional development of urban public space has led to the emergence and gradual growth of urban sunken squares. Taking Shanghai's “Jiangwan-Wujiaochang” city sub-center as an example, this paper expounds the composition of environmental elements around the sunken square in diff erent spatial scales, analyses the attenuation characteristics of the sunken square as a city public space in terms of facility services and spatial response, and explores the relationship between the integrated elements based on diff erent urban spatial scales and the surrounding environment of the sunken square in Chuangzhitiandi and its existing environment. Based on the existing problems of Caizhitiandi sunken square, the integration mechanism of sunken square with its internal function and landscape, surrounding urban traffi c, urban function and urban spatial form is proposed from four spatial scales of 0 m, 0~200m, 200~ 400m and >400m respectively.
