存量更新背景下，闲置地转型绿地是挖掘存量绿地潜力、全面提升城市人居环境品质的重要途径。文章对近20年Web of Science数据库中相关文献进行统计分析，从全生命周期视角剖析闲置地转型绿地的潜力及优先级评价、规划过程及影响机制、修复技术及理论、景观更新设计、综合效益评估、可持续性评价6个层面研究成果。基于对未来研究展望，提出我国规划背景下闲置地转型绿地的若干建议。 - 关键词：
风景园林；闲置地；绿地；全生命周期；综述； - Abstract: In the context of stock renewal, vacant land greening is an important way to exploit the potential of green land and comprehensively improve the quality of urban human settlements. This article analyzes the relevant literature based on the Web of Science database in the past 20 years, and analyzes the latest research results from six levels: potential and priority evaluation of vacant land greening, planning process and infl uence mechanism, restoration technology and theory, landscape renewal design, comprehensive benefit evaluation, sustainability evaluation from the perspective of the whole life cycle. Based on the prospect of the future research, several suggestions for the vacant land greening under the background of China’s planning are put forward.
