- 基于“节点—场所”的旧城地铁站点空间耦合模型与实证研究 ——以广州为例

以地铁为典型代表的大运量城市轨道交通站点地区兼具“节点”和“场所”双重特征。以广州为例，将“节点—场所”理论结合旧城空间发展特征进行应用拓展，构建旧城地铁站点空间动态耦合评价模型，从时间和空间双重维度测度站点地区与旧城空间耦合；选取9 个样本站点前后10 年空间动态耦合关系进行深入剖析，将其划分为动态平衡、节点价值逐渐高于场所价值、场所价值逐渐高于节点价值、发展失衡4 种类型，并结合模型各类指标特征对其发展动态进行阐释；研究发现广州旧城范围内多数站点处于动态平衡的空间耦合关系，结合时间维度解析旧城站点空间耦合动态变化发现其发展规律与传统的“节点—场所”模型有所区别，轻微“低节点—高场所”发展态势更为理想。 - 关键词：
节点—场所；空间耦合；轨道交通站点；时间维度； - Abstract: Taking the old city of Guangzhou as an example, the "node-place" model theory is combined with the spatial development characteristics of the old city to expand its application, and a spatial dynamic coupling evaluation model for ten years before and after the old city subway station is constructed to measure the station area and the old city from the dual dimensions of time and space. The degree of urban spatial coupling, through empirical research to promote the sustainable and dynamic coupled development of old urban renewal and station area optimization. Nine sample stations are selected for an in-depth analysis of the spatial dynamic coupling relationship between the ten years, and they are divided into four types: dynamic balance, node value gradually higher than place value, place value gradually higher than node value, development imbalance. The characteristics of various indicators explain its development trends. The study found that most of the sites are in a dynamically balanced spatial coupling relationship. Analyzing the spatial coupling dynamic changes of the old city sites combined with the time dimension, it is found that it is different from the traditional node-place model.
