- 摘要：
城市空间因素对健康具有非常重要的影响，但健康与城市都是内涵极其丰富、范围极其广泛的复杂巨系统，长久以来健康人居研究对城市空间因素与健康之间的关系界定是含糊不清的。文章提出了将“健康位”概念作为健康人居研究的基础，认为健康位是影响人体健康的各种自然环境、城市空间、社会经济等因素的集合（超体积空间），个人健康位通过自组织和涌现形成群体健康位，进而构成全球生态系统的健康位。城市空间与健康人居的联系得以建立，城市空间因素导致健康结果的因果关系得以清晰地界定。 - 关键词：
健康规划；研究范式；健康人居理论；健康位； - Abstract: Urban spatial factors have a very important impact on health, but both health and cities are complex mega-systems with extremely rich connotation and a wide scope. The relationship between urban spatial factors and health has long been defined in healthy habitat research as ambiguous. This paper proposes the concept of health niche as the basis for the study of healthy human habitat and considers that health niche is a collection of various natural environment, urban space, social-economical and other health influencing factors that envelop the human body (super-volume space). That the link between urban space and healthy human habitat is established and the causal relationship between urban spatial factors leading to health outcomes is clearly defined.
