社区共治是近年来社区治理研究的重点内容，当前各地社区共治工作已逐步由“制度构建”转向“落地实施”阶段。结合哈贝马斯的交往行为理论，构建研究范式框架解读四川省城市社区治理中的优秀案例，基于主体间性转换和商谈伦理运用，阐释交往行为在城市社区治理中的作用与效果，从微观层面提出社区由共治走向善治的方法。 - 关键词：
社区共治；交往行为理论；城市社区治理； - Abstract: Community governance from various sectors has been the main body of governance research in a community scale in the past few years. As of today, the work of community collaborative governance in different regions has progressively transitioned from institutional blueprint to an implementation stage. Combining with communicative action theory of Habermas, it constructed a research paradigm to interpret the landscape of urban community governance in Sichuan province. Based on inter-subjectivity conversion, and its adaptation of ethics discussion, it discussed the role and effects of communicative action in urban community governance. At last, it proposed an effective approach that transcended from collaborative governance to good governance from a micro-scale.
