- 摘要：
针对小尺度区域物流活动的特征，结合轴辐理论和中心地理论，构建区域物流节点体系模型。在分析区域物流节点布局的影响因素和构建布局原则基础上，选用GIS 的网络分析方法，构建能够明确区域物流节点区位、数量、规模、服务范围和层级关系的布局方案。运用该方案对大连金普新区生活性物流节点体系进行实证，能够得到较为理想的布局方案，表明提出的区域物流节点体系布局方案具有可行性。 - 关键词：
区域物流；物流节点体系；GIS；金普新区； - Abstract: In view of the characteristics of small-scale regional logistics activities, the regional logistics node system model is constructed by combining the Hub-and-Spoke theory and the central theory. Based on the analysis of the infl uencing factors and layout principles of regional logistics node layout, the Network Analyst of GIS is used to construct the layout scheme that can clearly defi ne the location, number, scale, service scope and hierarchical relationship of regional logistics nodes. The proposed scheme is applied to plan the living logistics node system in Jinpu new area to obtain a more ideal layout scheme, which indicates that the proposed regional logistics node system layout scheme is feasible.
