- 摘要：
通过编写网络爬虫获取社交媒体上智慧城市话题的相关信息，基于提取学术论文关键词建立的智慧城市专业词库，运用文本挖掘法进行信息处理，发现公众对于智慧城市建设全局关注技术、服务、应用3 方面。对智慧交通、智慧政务和智慧医疗3 个关注度最高的应用领域进行关注热点分析，识别出各领域对应的公众需求及具体内容。 - 关键词：
智慧城市；热点；社交媒体；文本挖掘； - Abstract: By coding web crawler for social media on the topics of smart cities, and based on the professional lexis of the smart city established by extracting keywords from academic papers, this study analyzed the information by text mining method, and found that the public pays attention to three fi elds: technology, service, and application in the general construction of smart cities. Then, three application fi elds with the highest attention, namely smart transportation, smart government and smart medicine, were analyzed to identify the corresponding public demands and specifi c contents in each fi eld.
