- 摘要：
客观衡量居民日常需求与住区公共资源间的匹配关系，了解封闭式管理期间居民对住区生活的满意度影响要因与需求，是提升住区防灾防控治理能力的重要保障。文章以长春市为例，采用SEM-Log it 模型与I-S 评价等方法，探讨了封闭式管理期间住区公共资源要素对居民满意度的影响机制及其提升策略。结果表明，不同住区类型下居民整体满意度存在分异现象，资源管理水平更能影响新建住区居民的整体评价，而空间环境的条件品质对老旧住区居民的满意度影响更为显著。 - 关键词：
公共资源；满意度分析；SEM-Logit模型；疫情防控封闭式管理； - Abstract: To objectively measure the matching relationship between residents’ daily needs and residential public resources, and to understand the influencing factors and needs of residents’ satisfaction with residential life during the closed management period, is an important guarantee to improve the ability of residential disaster prevention and control. Taking Changchun city as an example, this paper uses SEMLogit model and I-S evaluation method to explore the impact mechanism and promotion strategy of residential public resource elements on residents’ satisfaction during the period of closed management. The results show that the overall satisfaction of residents in diff erent types of residential areas is diff erent. The level of resource management can aff ect the overall evaluation of residents in new residential areas, and the quality of space environment has a more signifi cant impact on the satisfaction of residents in old residential areas.
