产城融合体现了园区和城市发展的动态协调关系，它不仅仅是园区发展的目标愿景，更是一个围绕经济产业、功能空间、设施配套三大核心任务的渐进式更新过程。研究认为，传统工业园的产城融合发展基本遵循产业园区到专业化城市功能区或产业新城的发展逻辑，但具体转型目标需要结合城乡发展需求、园区发展阶段、园区用地规模等综合确定。规划实践中，经济产业融合应给予制造业足够重视，功能空间融合应强化园区的城市功能培育，设施配套应通过刚性和弹性相结合的方式补齐各类设施短板。 - 关键词：
产城融合；传统工业园；转型；规划管控； - Abstract: The integration of industry and city refl ects the dynamic coordination between the park and urban development. It is not only the goal and vision of the park, but also a progressive renewal process centering on the three core tasks of economic industry, functional space and supporting facilities. According to the research, the integrated development of traditional industrial parks basically follows the development logic from industrial parks to specialized urban functional areas or industrial new cities, but the specifi c goals need to be determined comprehensively according to the needs of urban and rural development, the development stage of the parks, and the land scale of the parks. In the planning practice, the economic and industrial integration should pay enough attention to the manufacturing industry, and the functional spatial integration should strengthen the cultivation of urban functions. The supporting facilities should be combined with rigidity and elasticity to complement the short board.
