分析影响社区居家养老模式实施障碍因素有助于应对人口老龄化问题。在构建影响社区居家养老模式成功实施要素基础上，采用改进的完全解释结构模型，建立了社区居家养老服务实施障碍影响因素的作用机制。结果表明：影响社区居家养老服务实施障碍主要集中在12 个因素；政府对社区居家养老规划与扶持政策相对不足、市场缺乏有效引导机制是导致社区居家养老模式实施困难的主要原因；最后，结合各影响因素的驱动性和依赖性，提出相关建议。 - 关键词：
社区居家养老；实施障碍；影响因素；TISM模型； - Abstract: The analysis of the factors infl uencing the implementation of the community nursing service is helpful to deal with the problem of population aging. Based on constructing the factors aff ecting the successful implementation of the community nursing service, an improved total interpretive structural model is adopted to establish the mechanism of the factors aff ecting the implementation obstacles of the community nursing service. The results show that the obstacles to the implementation of community nursing service are mainly concentrated in twelve factors. The main reasons for the implementation of the community nursing service are the relative insuffi ciency of planning and supporting policies, the lack of eff ective guidance mechanism in the market. Finally, combined with the factors’ driving power and dependence power, this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions to provide theoretical and practical guidance.
