改革开放初期，广州修建了一批我国传统岭南文化与西方现代文化于一体的特色建筑。它们是我国20 世纪建筑遗产的重要组成部分，具有十分重要的价值。文章主要以广州改革开放初期兴建的酒店建筑为例，深入分析其独特的历史见证价值与历史借鉴价值，旨在阐明我国特殊时段、特殊地域兴建的特色建筑之特殊本质，更透彻地阐释保护好现代建筑遗产的重要意义，进而为新时代深入推进我国现代建筑遗产保护事业高质量发展、现代化酒店建筑设计的多元化和国际化提供借鉴。 - 关键词：
改革开放初期；广州酒店建筑遗产；历史见证价值；历史借鉴价值； - Abstract: In the early period of reform and opening-up, a lot of buildings characteristic of Lingnan culture and modern western culture have been constructed in Guangzhou. They are the important parts of the 20th century cultural heritage, and have their unique values. The hotels built in the early period of reform and opening up in Guangzhou have been taken as an example to discuss their unique historical witness value, and the historical reference value, which aim to clarify the multidimensional nature of the characteristic buildings constructed in special times and regions in China, to further promote the highquality development of China’s modern architectural heritage protection in the new era, and to provide a reference for the diversifi cation and internationalization of modern hotel architectural design.
