文章首先通过梳理《城市居住区规划设计标准》中居住区组织模式和道路等级的调整，发现传统居住小区向步行生活圈转化的过程中，住区内部的部分道路将会升级成为城市道路。其次分析深圳市建成住区道路系统与城市的互动性，指出现阶段社区生活圈的构建需要新型的共享型城市道路。在此基础上，文章提倡在城市支路细分等级中新增一类“非公有”属性的支路，实现在道路空间层面的精细化治理。最后，在深圳城市更新背景下探索“非公有支路”的实施途径与策略。 - 关键词：
城市支路；非公有支路；精细化治理；渗透性； - Abstract: Firstly, by sorting out the adjustment of residential area organization mode and road grade in “Standard for Urban Residential Area Planning and Design”, it is found that in the process of transforming traditional residential areas into pedestrian life circle, some residential roads will be upgraded to urban roads. Secondly, it analyzes the interaction between the built-up residential road system and the city in Shenzhen, and points out that the construction of the community life circle in the emerging stage needs a new type of shared urban road. On this basis, this paper advocates adding a new category of “non-public branches” in the subdivision level of urban branches, so as to achieve refined governance at the road space level. Finally, it explores the implementation ways and strategies of “non-public branches” under the background of Shenzhen’s urban regeneration.
