研究以环境营造作为社区治理创新的突破口，以社区治理的社会环境培育为目标，提出行动导向的社区环境营造推进模式。这是一个在支持方与中间方的引导与推动下，随着主体公众参与程度的逐渐提升，最终实现社区自组织机制以及可持续的社区环境营造过程。在该模式的指导下，研究团队在北京大栅栏片区进行了实践探索，从中总结并明确了推进过程中的一系列关键性工作，为中国社区环境营造和更广泛的治理创新提供可借鉴路径。 - 关键词：
社区营造；社区环境；行动导向；微更新；自组织；社区治理； - Abstract: The study takes environment construction as the breakthrough point of community governance innovation, takes the social environment cultivation of community governance as the goal, and proposes the promotion mode of action-oriented community environment construction. It is an action process to realize community self-organization mechanism and sustainable community environment building under the guidance and promotion of the support side and the intermediary side, and with the gradual improvement of the public participation level of the main body. Under the guidance of this model, the research team carried out a practical exploration in the Dashilar area in Beijing, from which the key work in the promotion process was summarized and clarifi ed, which can provide reference paths for the construction of community environment and broader governance innovation in China.
