文章依托衡水市打造“生态宜居滨湖园林城市”的总体战略，在如火如荼创建国家园林城市的背景下，根据城市形象设计、景观生态规划和生态修复等相关理论，综合运用实地调查、比较分析、归纳演绎等方法，以人民公园景观改造设计为例，从旧区生态修复、功能修复、空间修复等要素出发，对“城市双修”理论指导下的景观更新策略进行了研究，并分析了旧城改造现状及发展趋势。认为旧城改造应充分利用现有的自然资源，对各项功能需求、交通组织、生态环境改造进行综合考虑，并提出延续历史文脉、展示地域特色景观、打造特色完备的功能游园，提升市民对景观的认同感，将是城市发展的必由之路，以期为政府制定城市旧区公共空间发展政策提供一定的参考依据。 - 关键词：
城市双修；景观；改造设计；人民公园； - Abstract: This article is based on the overall strategy of building an “ecologically livable lakeside garden city” in Hengshui city. In the context of the booming construction of national garden cities, it integrates relevant theories of urban image design, landscape ecological planning, and ecological restoration. Using methods such as field investigations, comparative analysis, and inductive reasoning, this article takes the landscape transformation design of People’s Park as an example. It starts from the elements of old district ecological restoration, functional restoration, and spatial restoration, and studies the landscape renewal strategy under the guidance of the “urban dual restoration” theory. It also analyzes the current situation and development trends of old city reconstruction. It is believed that the reconstruction of old cities should make full use of existing natural resources and comprehensively consider various functional demands, transportation organization, and ecological environment transformation. Proposing to continue the historical context, display regional characteristic landscapes, and create a distinctive and complete functional park will enhance citizens’ sense of identity towards the landscape. This approach will be an essential path for urban development, and it aims to provide a reference for the government to formulate policies for the development of public spaces in the old urban areas.
