在智慧城市技术、社会和空间3 个维度相互作用的三元融合理念下，智慧化的TOD模式可以总结为智慧TOD 模式。在规划实践中，柏叶智慧城市是日本智慧城市建设重要的示范项目，提出“人、物、信息”高度融合，“以轨道站点为中心的智慧紧凑城市”，是智慧TOD 模式的典型案例。柏叶智慧城市规划布局特点包括两个层面：一是形成了更加复合和更大尺度的空间结构；二是交通组织、用地功能、城市形态和空间设计均形成了新的规划特征。 - 关键词：
智慧TOD；创新街区；柏叶智慧城市；轨道站点；三元融合； - Abstract: Under the concept of cyber-physical-social integration of smart city, TOD mode reflects the trend of integration of intelligent technology application as technical basis, innovative development as social connotation and humanized TOD space mode as physical carrier in rail station area. This mode can be called smart TOD mode. Kashiwanoha smart city is an important demonstration projects of smart city in Japan, proposes that people, materials and information are highly integrated, regarded as a smart compact city based on rail transit station, is a typical case of smart TOD mode. There are two parts of planning pattern experiences can be summarized of Kashiwanoha smart city: first, smart TOD forms larger structure in urban scale; second, smart TOD forms new planning features of transportation, land use, urban form and urban design.
