推进乡村公共文化服务数字化转型是2024年数字乡村发展的工作重点，也是建设社会主义文化强国的基础支撑。新质生产力通过技术支撑、模式创新、产业协同、人才培育和先进理念指引赋能乡村公共文化服务建设。然而，新质生产力赋能乡村公共文化服务数字化转型还存在乡村数字化发展水平整体偏低且差异较大、数字监管缺失、数字素养推进乡村公共文化服务数字化转型是2024年数字乡村发展的工作重点，也是建设社会主义文化强国的基础支撑。新质生产力通过技术支撑、模式创新、产业协同、人才培育和先进理念指引赋能乡村公共文化服务建设。然而，新质生产力赋能乡村公共文化服务数字化转型还存在乡村数字化发展水平整体偏低且差异较大、数字监管缺失、数字素养不足、数字赋能传统文化保护力度不够的现实困境。新质生产力以推动乡村公共数字文化服务均等化发展、构建乡村公共数字文化服务标准化监管机制、塑造乡村公共数字文化服务高素质群体、促进数字技术与优秀传统文化有机融合等方式全面赋能乡村公共文化服务数字化转型，进而全方位构建现代公共文化服务体系。 - 关键词：
新质生产力；公共文化服务；数字乡村； - Abstract: Advancing the digital transformation of rural public cultural services is a key focus for digital rural development in 2024 and serves as a foundational support for building a culturally strong socialist nation. New quality productivity empower the construction of rural public cultural services through technological support, model innovation, industrial synergy, talent development, and advanced conceptual guidance. However, challenges persist in this digital transformation, including the overall low and uneven level of rural digital development, lack of digital regulation, insufficient digital literacy, and inadequate digital support for traditional cultural preservation. To address these issues, new productive forces promote the digital transformation of rural public culture by driving the equalized development of rural digital cultural services, establishing standardized regulatory mechanisms for rural public digital cultural services, cultivating a high-quality talent pool, and fostering the integration of digital technology with traditional culture. This comprehensive approach aims to build a modern public cultural service system in all dimensions.
