国家公园体制源于美国，于20世纪20年代传入我国。1930年2月南京国民政府农矿部刊印了著名林学家陈植编制的《国立太湖公园计划书》，从内容分析，该计划书基本符合 国家公园的定义、理念和建设内容，其应是中国近代第一部国家公园的规划性著述，标 志着国家公园体制当时已经引入中国并付诸实践。 - 关键词：
国家公园体制；国立太湖公园；计划；陈植； - Abstract: The national park system originated in the United States and was introduced to China in the 1920s. In February 1930, the Ministry of Agriculture and Mines of the Nanjing National Government published the Plan for the National Taihu Lake Park, compiled by the renowned Chinese forest scientist Chen Zhi. Based on content analysis, it largely aligns with the definition, philosophy, and construction elements of a national park. This should be regarded as the first planning document for a national park in modern China, marking the introduction and practical implementation of the national park system in the country.
