- 摘要：
长三角边缘地区城市功能的形成存在指向核心区的单向依赖关系，地区内城市表现出典型 的功能同质化特征。城市间功能互补与差异化是实现长三角协同一体化、高质量与现代 化的重要途径。文章以长三角边缘区城市淮安市为实证对象，从流空间视角构建区域内 城市功能交互网络，借助图嵌入技术，将网络关系降维至城市向量，从生产、商贸、交通、 创新、旅游5个功能量化探讨淮安市与周边城市的功能同质化关系，结合城市自身的比 较优势，进一步确定淮安市的城市功能优化路径。研究认为，淮安市的城市功能结构单一， 极化现象突出，区域竞争力不足，应在巩固商贸功能优势的基础上，夯实生产和交通功能， 同时积极培育创新功能，将淮安市建设成为次区域创新极核。 - 关键词：
长三角城市群；城市功能；城市网络；Node2Vec模型；淮安市； - Abstract: The formation of urban functions in the fringe areas of the Yangtze River Delta is unidirectionally dependent on the core area, and cities in the region exhibit typical functional homogeneity. Functional complementarity and differentiation among cities are crucial for achieving coordinated integration, high quality, and modernization in the Yangtze River Delta. This study focuses on Huai’an as an empirical case in the fringe area of the Yangtze River Delta. From a fl ow space perspective, an urban function interaction network is constructed for this region. By utilizing graph embedding technology, the network relationships are transformed into city vectors. The quantitative analysis examines functional homogeneity between Huai’an and its surrounding cities based on fi ve functions: production, trade, transportation, innovation, and tourism. Considering the comparative advantages of Huai’an itself, an optimized path for urban function development is proposed for Huai’an. This study suggests that Huai’an has a single-function structure with a prominent polarization phenomenon and insufficient regional competitiveness. To enhance its overall development potential within the subregion context, it is recommended to consolidate production and transportation functions while ensuring the inherent advantages of trade functions. At the same time, it should actively cultivating innovation functions to position Huai’an as an innovative pole core.
