- 摘要：
地铁站商业空间要素对乘客的行为偏好有重要影响。文章以北京地铁站商业空间为例，结合文献提取空间要素，运用可视化SP法调查乘客对地铁站商业空间的选择行为，基于选择结果构建离散选择模型，量化研究乘客对于商业空间的偏好机制，探究空间要素的影响程度。结果表明，乘客在选择地铁站内的商业空间时，最优先考虑的是业态类型，其次是布置方式、空间布局、空间尺度、界面形态。文章根据行为偏好为商业空间设计提出人性化策略。 - 关键词：
地铁站商业空间；SP法；行为偏好；离散选择模型； - Abstract: The commercial space elements of subway stations signifi cantly infl uence passengers’ behavioral preferences. Using Beijing subway stations as a case study, this study extracts spatial elements from existing literature and employs a visualized stated preference (SP) method to investigate passengers’ choice behaviors regarding subway station commercial spaces. Based on the choice results, a discrete choice model is constructed to quantitatively analyze the preference mechanisms of passengers and explore the infl uence of spatial elements. The fi ndings indicate that when selecting commercial spaces within subway stations, passengers prioritize business types the most, followed by layout arrangement, spatial confi guration, spatial scale, and interface form. Based on these behavioral preferences, the study proposes human-centered design strategies for commercial spaces.
