勒阿弗尔是二战结束后整体进行城市重建的历史见证，由奥古斯特·佩雷主持的战后重建规划是勒阿弗尔项目入选世界遗产的重要缘由。长期以来，国内对该项目以及奥古斯特· 佩雷的城市规划实践鲜有讨论。文章对勒阿弗尔的战后重建背景与世界遗产价值做了概括说明，从规划遗产视角提出勒阿弗尔项目的认识基础，梳理分析战后重建规划的主要特征，归纳总结其中蕴含的历史延续与整体创新两个方面的文化内涵，进而结合战后重建主题，对该项目的参考借鉴意义进行了论述和探讨。 - 关键词：
勒阿弗尔；奥古斯特·佩雷；战后重建规划；城市遗产；规划遗产； - Abstract: Le Havre is the historical witness of urban reconstruction after World War II. The postwar reconstruction plan by Auguste Perret was a key reason for Le Havre’s inclusion as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. However, in Chinese academia, the study of Le Havre World Heritage and the reconstruction plan by Auguste Perret has been sparse. This article provides a summary of the postwar reconstruction background and the world heritage value of Le Havre project, offering a foundational understanding of the project from the perspective of planning heritage, and further analyses the characteristics of the reconstruction plan and summarizes the cultural implications of historical continuity and holistic innovation. Linking the topic, the article also explores the references value of Le Havre World Heritage.
