- 摘要：
随着城市化进程的加速和基础设施建设的不断推进，小散工程施工的安全风险隐患也逐渐增多。文章通过实证考察，梳理了小散工程建设中存在的安全风险来源，并结合实践需求，归纳提出健全完善管理法律法规、构建规范科学的监督管理机制、规范工程发包行为以及严格施工现场管理等对策。 - 关键词：
小散工程 ；安全管理 ；风险来源 ；应对策略 - Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous advancement of infrastructure construction, the safety risks associated with small-scale construction projects are increasingly prominent. This paper conducts an empirical investigation, identifying the sources of safety risks in small-scale construction and based on practical needs, proposes countermeasures. These include improving management-related laws and regulations, establishing standardized and scientific supervisory mechanisms, regulating project contracting practices, and enforcing strict on-site management.
