景观互动对促进个体心理健康具有重要意义，但其对心理恢复的影响机制尚未充分查明。文章基于武汉市典型城市公园开展实地调研，以青少年群体为研究对象，基于景观互动理论建立概念模型，研究景观互动 3 个方面（感官互动、情感互动、行为互动）对于心理恢复的影响。采用结构方程模型对数据进行分析，验证了“情感互动←感官互动→行为互动” 的影响路径。结果表明感官互动、情感互动和行为互动对感知恢复性有显著影响。研究有助于营造适合青少年放松的公园绿地，并对现有公园绿地的优化提供指导性建议。 - 关键词：
景观互动；环境心理；心理恢复；青少年；公园绿地； - Abstract: The significance of landscape interaction in promoting individual psychological well-being is noteworthy, yet the mechanisms of its influence on psychological restoration has not been well explored. With adolescents as the target population, this study conducted an on-site investigation within typical urban parks in Wuhan, aiming to establish a model for testing based on the theory of landscape interaction. This study explored three dimensions of landscape interaction, i.e., sensory interaction, emotional interaction, and behavioral interaction to test their impact on psychological restoration. The Structural Equation Modeling was employed for data analysis to validate the influence path of “emotional interaction ← sensory interaction behavioral interaction”. The findings indicated that sensory, emotional, and behavioral interactions significantly affect restoration of perception. This study is contributory to the design of park green spaces conducive to adolescent relaxation and offers guiding proposals for the optimization of existing park green spaces.
