文章利用手机信令和 POI 等多源数据分析公共服务设施集聚区域和人群公共活动集聚区域的空间协同性，甄别深圳市公共中心的建设有效性及关键影响因素。研究表明：深圳市公共中心的建设有效性具有较为显著的地理区位差异，且在服务设施构成、到访人流规模和实际服务覆盖范围等方面存在明显差别，公共中心周边居住人口规模、公共交通可达性、各类服务设施实际服务效用对公共中心建设有效性有着重要影响。 - 关键词：
城市公共中心；公共服务设施集聚区；公共活动集聚区；建设有效性；多源数据分析； - Abstract: The article utilizes multi-source data such as mobile signaling and POI (Point of Interest) to analyze the spatial correlation between areas of public service facility concentration and areas of public activity concentration. It aims to identify the effectiveness of public center construction in Shenzhen and its key influencing factors. The study finds that the effectiveness of public center construction in Shenzhen exhibits significant geographic variation, with notable differences in the composition of service facilities, the scale of visitor flow, and the actual service coverage. The research also reveals that factors such as the size of the residential population around the public center, public transportation accessibility, and the actual service utility of various facilities have a significant impact on the effectiveness of public center construction.
