文章在对老旧住区边界类型、问题及价值系统分析的基础上，提出住区共享边界的设计理念。从共享理念的角度出发，结合上海老旧住区边界更新实践，应用形态类型学及调研对比的方法，围绕共享边界的 3 种用地来源途径、4 种边界形态类型，以及 3 种功能设计策略和管理机制，论证了老旧社区更新的 3 种趋势及其更新动力。研究拓展了城市形态类型学在住区边界空间更新方面的运用，对城市空间精细化更新设计以及新建住区边界空间的规划建设具有启示作用。 - 关键词：
封闭住区；住区更新；共享边界；公共空间；形态类型； - Abstract: Based on a systematic analysis of the types, problems, and values of borders in old residential areas, a design concept and strategy for community shared borders are proposed. From the perspective of sharing concepts, combined with the practice of border regeneration in old residential areas in Shanghai, the methods of morphological typology and survey comparison are applied. The three sources of land, four types of border forms, and three functional design strategies and clarification of management subject for shared borders demonstrate the three trends and driving forces for the regeneration of old communities. The paper expands the application of urban typology in the regeneration of public spaces at the borders of residential areas, providing inspiration for the refinement of urban spatial design and the planning and construction of new residential border spaces.
