- 摘要：
重构旅游空间是破解冰雪产业“冷”供给与“热”需求失衡，推进冰雪产业高质量发展的关键要点。基于空间重构理论，在“制度—价值—协同”三重逻辑思路下，为保障冰雪要素配置、匹配冰雪消费需求、拓宽冰雪社会效益，构建导向型有序流动机制、耦合型创新增值机制、联动型精准增效机制至关重要。针对具体情境，提出契约式有序共建、集约式创新共优、合约式精准共享的普适性策略，以达成旅游空间发展的规范性、优质性、普惠性，从而为实现冰雪产业高质量发展提供理论参考和实践借鉴。 - 关键词：
空间重构；旅游空间；冰雪产业；高质量发展； - Abstract: Reconstructing tourism space is a key point for resolving the supply-demand imbalance of “cold” supply and “hot” demand in the ice and snow industry and advancing the high-quality development of the ice and snow industry. Based on spatial restructuring theory and the three-fold logic of “institution-value-synergy”, it is crucial to construct directional orderly flow mechanisms, coupled innovation value-added mechanisms, and linked precision-enhancement mechanisms to ensure the allocation of ice and snow resources, match ice and snow consumption demand, and broaden the social benefits of the ice and snow industry. For specific contexts, universal strategies such as contract-based orderly co-construction, intensive innovation optimization, and contract-based precise sharing are proposed to achieve the regulatory, high-quality, and inclusive development of tourism space, thus providing theoretical reference and practical insights for the high-quality development of the ice and snow industry.
