我国现阶段在以控规为依据的规划实施制度下，高品质的站域空间营建存在瓶颈。研究对站域城市设计具有针对性的控制指标、系统性的建成环境和社会共建共治三大特征进行总结，分析实施过程中存在控规转译过程中被淡化、制度环境不利于系统性空间构建、社会共建共治积极性不足等问题，最后以清远燕湖新城站为例，从设计成果纳入法定的规划实施程序、设计方案由设计单位和规划管理单位共同商讨、创新制度构建 3 个方面提出解决思路。 - 关键词：
城市设计；控规优化；站域空间；城市轨道交通；清远； - Abstract: Under the current planning and implementation system based on control regulations, fostering high-quality station-area spatial development poses significant challenges. This study explores targeted urban design control metrics, the systemic built environment, and the dynamics of social co-construction and co-governance within station areas. It pinpoints prevalent issues: the attenuation of regulatory detail during implementation, an institutional framework that stymies systematic spatial development, and subdued enthusiasm for communal collaboration and governance. Focusing on Qingyuan Yanhuxincheng railway station as a case study, the study recommends embedding design outcomes into legal planning procedures, fostering collaborative design deliberations between designers and planning agencies, and forging innovative governance frameworks.
