认知障碍友好社区建设是提升认知障碍患者及其家庭福祉的有效举措，然而，国内已有研究和实践却不足以为建设行动提供支撑。文章通过梳理澳、英、日 3 国认知障碍友好社区的建设经验，发现其重点举措聚焦于人文环境营造、服务体系搭建和生活空间改善。在此基础之上，结合已有研究剖析当前我国认知障碍照护支持体系存在的现实问题。最后，参考借鉴澳、英、日 3 国建设经验，并综合考虑我国各地建设经费有限的情况，建议依托各地现有社区养老照护支持服务和社区更新改造活动，重点从人文环境、支持服务、生活空间3大板块的7个方面进行建设，助力快速提升既有社区的认知障碍友好度。 - 关键词：
认知障碍友好社区；国际经验；人文环境；支持服务；生活空间； - Abstract: The establishment of dementia-friendly community constitutes an efficacious approach to enhance the well-being of patients with dementia and their families. However, the existing research and practice in China are not enough to support the establishment. Through an in-depth analysis of the existing experience in the establishment of dementia-friendly communities in Australia, Britain and Japan, it is discovered that their key measures center around the establishment of the cultural environment, the construction of the service system, and the enhancement of the living space. Combining with the existing research, this paper analyzes the current practical problems in the care and support system of dementia in China. Referring to the establishment experience of Australia, Britain and Japan, and considering the limited funds, this paper puts forward seven friendly establishment contents from three major sections, namely, cultural environment, support services and living space. It is hoped that this will help to rapidly improve the dementia-friendly degree of the community.
