文章以苏州作为平原水网地区的典型代表，基于 1990—2020 年 4 期土地利用数据得出乡村聚落的演变特征并探究其影响因素。结果显示，苏州市乡村聚落斑块的总体面积增大、数量减少，乡村聚落逐渐呈现规模化、集聚化分布，逐渐形成“高密度、多核心”且北密南疏的空间格局。在具体形态上，面状聚落呈现外向式蔓延，点状聚落由小而疏的单体集聚为团块状，带状聚落则沿水系、道路延伸。演变过程受自然、社会经济、区位和政策等要素综合影响，其中水系分布是村落最初选址的基本条件，地区工业化发展以及政策与规划的变化主导了 30 年间苏州市乡村聚落布局的变迁。 - 关键词：
乡村聚落；时空演变；平原水网；苏州市； - Abstract: Using Suzhou city as a typical example of a plain water network area, this paper analyzes the evolution characteristics of rural settlements based on four periods of land use data from 1990 to 2020 and explores the influencing factors. The results show that the overall area of rural settlements in Suzhou increased, the number decreased, and the rural settlements gradually exhibited a large-scale and clustered distribution, forming a “high-density, multi-core” spatial pattern, dense in the north and sparse in the south. In terms of specific morphology, planar settlements spread outward, point-like settlements gathered from small and sparse units into clusters, and banded settlements extended along water systems and roads. The evolution process is influenced by natural, socio-economic, locational, and policy factors. Among these, water system distribution is a fundamental condition for the initial site selection of villages, while regional industrialization and changes in policies and planning have dominated the changes in rural settlement layout in Suzhou over the past 30 years.
