- 摘要：
环境品质感知作为空间活力的内在驱动因素具有多种表达方式。针对目前景观设计缺乏对不同品质感知表达方式的整合问题，文章采用理论溯源与实证研究相结合的方法，探析在环境偏好作为品质与活力的共性基础前提下，不同偏好表达方式在“品质—活力”作用过程中的关联作用机制与影响因素，最终实现街道景观设计对城市活力的转译。结果表明：情绪、满意度与行为作为偏好表达方式，在“品质—活力”作用过程中具有重要链式中介效应；良好的隔离设施和平整干净的铺装，是安全感和步行活动的基本保证；文娱设施作为居民使用行为发生的必要条件，需要结合良好的街道空间围合、怡人的色彩和建筑风格，形成良好的可识别性与美感度才能唤起居民积极情绪。增加步行景观变化和趣味性、消弭街区道路过长所产生的枯燥感和距离感是提升空间活力的重要因素。 - 关键词：
环境偏好；空间活力；街道景观；空间品质； - Abstract: Environmental quality perception serves as an intrinsic driving factor for spatial vitality and has various forms of expression. Addressing the current issue of landscape design lacking integration of different expressions of quality perception, this article employs a combination of theoretical tracing and empirical research to explore the relationship mechanisms and influencing factors of different preference expressions in the “quality-vitality” process, with environmental preferences as a common basis for both quality and vitality. Ultimately, it aims to translate street landscape design into urban vitality. The results indicate that emotions, satisfaction, and behavior, as expressions of preferences, play a significant chain mediation role in the “quality-vitality” process. Good isolation facilities and smooth, clean paving are essential guarantees for safety and walking activities. Cultural and recreational facilities, as necessary conditions for resident behaviors, need to be combined with well-enclosed street spaces, pleasant colors, and architectural styles to create recognizability and aesthetic appeal that can evoke positive emotions in residents. Increasing variation and interest in walking landscapes, as well as alleviating the monotony and sense of distance caused by overly long streets, are key factors in enhancing spatial vitality.
