超大城市城中村改造中的空间协同生产具有重要的理论和实践意义。文章融合协同治理理论中的 SFIC（起始条件—催化领导—制度设计—协同过程）模型与空间生产理论，构建空间协同生产理论分析框架，分析上海市中心城区 2010 年以来的最大城中村改造案例——普陀区红旗村的改造过程和机理机制。研究发现：（1）空间协同生产的顺利实现，需要扎实稳固的协同基础、良好运行的协同过程和多方共赢的协同结果，有为政府在其中不可或缺；（2）在协同基础中，政府、企业在城中村更新的起始条件、催化领导和制度设计方面都具有关键性作用；（3）良好运作的协同过程不仅要有共识达成、阶段成果、持续沟通和互信建立的螺旋式循环，还需要空间转型重构和空间资本积累的螺旋式递增；（4）多方共赢的协同结果是空间经济价值、社会福祉、生态环境的融合提升。文章提供了基于有为政府引领、政企社良性互动、遵循公共价值合作生产导向的城市空间协同生产实践案例，旨在为国内其他城市的城中村改造提供借鉴参考。 - 关键词：
城中村；城市更新；空间生产；协同治理；超大城市； - Abstract: The spatial collaborative production involved in the transformation of urban villages in megacities holds significant theoretical and practical importance. This paper integrates the SFIC (starting conditions — facilitative leadership — institutional design — collaborative process) model from collaborative governance theory with spatial production theory to construct a theoretical analysis framework for spatial collaborative production. It analyzes the transformation process and mechanisms of Hongqi village in Putuo district, Shanghai, the largest urban village transformation case in Shanghai’s central urban area since 2010. The results show that: (1) The successful implementation of spatial collaborative production requires a solid and stable collaborative foundation, a well-functioning collaborative process, and mutually beneficial collaborative outcomes, with the government playing an indispensable role. (2) The initial conditions, catalytic leadership, and institutional design provided by the government and enterprises in the renewal of urban villages are crucial to the collaborative foundation. (3) A well-functioning collaborative process necessitates not only a cyclical progression of consensus building, phased outcomes, continuous communication, and mutual trust establishment, but also a progressive spiral of spatial transformation and capital accumulation. (4) The mutually beneficial collaborative outcome involves the integrated enhancement of spatial economic value, social welfare, and the ecological environment. This study provides a practical case of urban spatial collaborative production guided by government leadership, positive interactions among the government, enterprises, and society, and adherence to a public value cooperative production orientation.
