现阶段的乡村新建语境逐渐减少，边际收益开始递减。与此同时，多地试图通过乡村的连片规划来探索乡村地区新的发展极，但鲜有关注其中的运营问题。因此，文章以河南省信阳市的单体村庄和江苏省江阴市的连片乡村作为典型案例进行对比分析，剖析了既往单体村庄建设发展中资产、集体、治理方面出现的问题及其成因，分析了连片乡村运营相应的比较优势，进而构建了连片乡村的运营路径。通过江阴市的案例，探讨了乡村资产价值转化、村社集体行动能力提升、利益联结机制构建的具体方法。 - 关键词：
单体村庄；连片乡村；乡村运营；资产；村集体；治理； - Abstract: Currently, new construction in rural areas is gradually decreasing, and marginal returns are declining. Simultaneously, many regions are attempting to explore new development poles in rural areas through contiguous planning of villages, but operational issues have received limited attention. Therefore, this study comparatively analyzes a single village in Xinyang city, Henan province, and contiguous rural areas in Jiangyin city, Jiangsu province. It examines the problems and causes related to assets, collectivity, and governance in the past construction and development of individual villages, analyzes the comparative advantages of operating contiguous villages, and constructs operational paths for contiguous rural areas. Using the Jiangyin city case, it discusses specific methods for transforming the value of rural assets, enhancing the collective action capacity of villages and communities, and establishing benefit-sharing mechanisms.
