随着人口老龄化加剧，如何有效改善老年人福利已成为社会领域的重要议题。文章基于中国健康与养老追踪调查（CHARLS）数据以及中国长护险试点政策数据库（CLIP），探讨长护险对老年人福利的影响。发现长护险通过发展社会照护体系改善老年人的福利水平，且对参加职工医疗保险、重度失能老人的影响尤为明显。但医疗支出较高和依赖家庭照护可能会减弱长护险的福利改善效果。研究有助于深化对长护险福利效应的认识，对政策制定有重要现实意义。 - 关键词：
长护险；老年人口；福利状况；多期DID； - Abstract: With the intensification of population aging, how to effectively improve the well-being of the elderly has become an important issue in the social field. The article explores the impact of long-term care insurance on the welfare of the elderly based on data from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS) and the China Long Term Care Insurance Pilot Policy Database (CLIP). It was found that long-term care insurance improves the welfare level of the elderly through the development of a social care system, and has a particularly significant impact on participating in employee medical insurance and severely disabled elderly. However, high medical expenses and reliance on family care may weaken the welfare improvement effect of long-term care insurance. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of LTCI’s welfare impacts and holds important implications for policy-making.
