南京工程学院作为地方应用型高校，紧扣区域经济社会发展的需求，积极探索校城融合创新模式，通过空间融合、产业孵化与升级、文化传播等路径推动区域高质量发展。文章通过深入分析南京工程学院校城融合实践，总结其推动区域发展的经验与面临的现实挑战，提出进一步优化校城融合模式的路径，旨在为其他应用型高校提供实践样本和理论指导。 - 关键词：
京工程学院；校城融合；高质量发展；产学研合作； - Abstract: As a local application-oriented university, Nanjing Institute of Technology closely follows the demands of regional economic and social development, actively explores an innovative model of university-city integration, and promotes high-quality regional development through spatial integration, industrial incubation and upgrading, and cultural dissemination. This paper, through an in-depth analysis of the university-city integration practice of Nanjing Institute of Technology, summarizes its experiences and challenges in promoting regional development, and proposes further paths to optimize the university-city integration model, providing practical samples and theoretical guidance for other application-oriented universities.
