城市空间认知作为展现人与建成环境关系的核心要素，在当前高质量人居环境建设进程中具有重要的理论与实践意义。针对现阶段空间认知研究聚焦分散式因子分析、缺乏整合性结构讨论的不足，文章构建“状态—行动—图式”空间认知过程模型，通过状态识别、行动决策和图式构建等关键行为特征解读，解析空间认知行为规律。依据认知结构化原理，建立“锚点—网格—结构”叠合的空间认知系统，深入分析各系统空间特征要素，建立认知行为与结构形态的精细化传导机制。以南京新街口地区为例，通过空间认知结构指标识别锚点、网格、结构系统构成，总结“核心—圈层”锚点格局、决策序列叠加网格系统、中心极化等级结构等分布特征，归纳空间认知现实问题及其优化方向。空间认知理论指导下的城市结构研究旨在通过对个体行为过程和结构传导机制的深化剖析，实现空间对行为的适应性调整，从而对高质量发展背景下人本城市研究形成创新与借鉴价值。 - 关键词：
城市空间认知行为；城市结构；传导机制；实证识别； - Abstract: As a core element reflecting the relationship between humans and the built environment, urban spatial cognition holds significant theoretical and practical value in the current pursuit of high-quality living environments. In response to the current limitations of spatial cognition research – namely its focus on fragmented factor analysis and lack of integrative structural discussion – this paper constructs a “state-action-schema” cognitive process model. By analyzing key behavioral characteristics such as state recognition, action decision-making, and schema construction, the study uncovers the underlying patterns of spatial cognitive behavior. Based on the principle of cognitive structuring, it establishes a layered spatial cognitive system composed of “anchor-grid-structure”, offering an in-depth analysis of the spatial features of each subsystem and building a refined transmission mechanism between cognitive behavior and spatial form. Taking the Xinjiekou area in Nanjing as a case study, the research identifies the components of the cognitive structure system through spatial cognition indicators and summarizes patterns such as the “core-circle” anchor layout, grid systems formed by decision-making sequences, and hierarchical structures characterized by center polarization. These findings help identify existing spatial cognition issues and suggest directions for optimization. Urban structure studies guided by spatial cognition theory aim to deepen the analysis of individual behavioral processes and transmission mechanisms, enabling adaptive spatial adjustments to behavior, and thus contributing innovative and referential value to people-centered urban research under the framework of high-quality development.
