数字经济引领的高质量发展模式打破了传统产业发展边界，正改变着城市发展方式。数字人才在数字经济发展中具有独特的重要性，随着数字经济的迅速崛起，两者之间的关系日益密切。文章基于统计方法和计算机技术，在构建数字经济高质量发展分系统测度模型、数字人才分系统测度模型、数字人才系统与数字经济系统的耦合协调度模型的基础上，分析二者在江苏省各设区市的耦合效应以及协同发展状况，进而提出相应的政策建议。 - 关键词：
数字人才；数字经济；协同发展； - Abstract: The high-quality development model driven by the digital economy has broken the boundaries of traditional industrial development, fundamentally transforming urban development patterns. Digital talent plays a uniquely critical role in the digital economy, and as the digital economy rapidly rises, the relationship between the two becomes increasingly intertwined. This article employs statistical methods and computer technology to construct measurement models for the high-quality development subsystem of the digital economy, the digital talent subsystem, and the coupling coordination degree model between the digital talent system and the digital economy system. Based on these models, the article analyzes the coupling effects and coordinated development status of the two systems across various prefecture-level cities in Jiangsu province, subsequently offering corresponding policy recommendations.
