文章基于国土空间规划本质特征与演进历程，分析中国式现代化对国土空间规划的新要求及响应策略。研究表明中国式现代化要求国土空间规划清晰绘制中华民族伟大复兴发展蓝图，完善推动高质量发展与生态文明建设的公共政策，促进凝聚国土空间治理主体智慧与共识的共同行动。研究认为：应厘清中央和各级地方规划职能，破除学科专家、部门官员与社会公众之间的技术和制度壁垒，以国土空间规划治理体系和治理能力现代化助推中国式现代化。 - 关键词：
国土空间规划；本质特征；演进历程；使命任务；响应策略； - Abstract: The article analyzes the essential characteristics and evolutionary process of territorial spatial planning, examining the new requirements and response strategies for territorial spatial planning under Chinese modernization. The study shows that Chinese modernization demands territorial spatial planning to clearly outline a development blueprint for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, improve public policies that promote high-quality development and ecological civilization construction, and facilitate collective action that consolidates the wisdom and consensus of territorial spatial governance stakeholders. The study suggests clarifying the planning functions of the central and local governments at all levels, breaking down technical and institutional barriers between disciplinary experts, government officials, and the public, and advancing the modernization of the territorial spatial planning governance system and capacity to support Chinese modernization.
