协同推进资源型城市降碳与增长，是中国生态文明建设的一项重要任务，但目前缺乏对其系统性的文献综述，特别是对如何协同推进“降碳—增长”的深入探讨。基于此，文章以系统理论为基础，分析资源型城市“降碳—增长”的子系统构成及重要反馈机制，总结归纳资源型碳减排与经济增长协同推进的关键因素，并以降低冲突、优化相互间促进关系为目标，提出了 4 个方面动态平衡的实现路径。 - 关键词：
降碳—增长；协同；资源型城市；系统理论；综述 - Abstract: Coordinating carbon reduction and economic growth in resource-based cities is a key task in advancing China’s ecological civilization. However, there is currently a lack of systematic literature reviews on this topic, particularly regarding in-depth discussions on how to synergize “carbon reduction - economic growth” efforts. In response, this article, grounded in systems theory, analyzes the subsystem composition and key feedback mechanisms involved in the “carbon reduction - economic growth” process of resource-based cities. It identifies and synthesizes the critical factors for promoting synergy between carbon reduction and economic development. With the goal of reducing conflicts and optimizing mutually reinforcing relationships, the article proposes four pathways to achieve dynamic balance in this dual pursuit.
