    功能混合与空间活力是评价城市综合发展水平的重要指标,现有研究仅阐述了二者的静态关联,忽略了动态活力与功能混合的作用机制。地铁站域作为高密度城市资源集聚的空间节点,其空间活力与功能混合的协同是促进城市高质量发展的必然要求。文章选取深圳市密度一区 79 个建成站域为研究样本,采用百度热力图动态活力数据,构建空间活力测度指标,导入 MXI 功能混合模型挖掘活力与功能混合的关联机制,运用 K-means 聚类方法划分站域类型并进行匹配度评价,以期为高密度地铁站域空间功能配置与站域活力优化提供数据与方法支撑。

  • Abstract: Functional mix and spatial vitality are important indicators for evaluating the comprehensive development level of a city. However, existing studies have primarily focused on the static relationship between the two, neglecting the mechanisms through which functional mix influences dynamic vitality. As spatial nodes where urban resources are highly concentrated, metro station areas in high-density cities require the coordinated development of spatial vitality and functional mix to support high-quality urban growth. This study selects 79 built metro station areas within Shenzhen’s High-Density Zone I as the research sample. Using dynamic vitality data of Baidu Heat Map, a spatial vitality measurement index is constructed. The MXI(mixed use index) functional mix model is introduced to explore the underlying mechanisms linking vitality and functional mix. K-means clustering is applied to classify station area types and evaluate the degree of spatial-functional matching. The study aims to provide data and methodological support for optimizing spatial function allocation and enhancing vitality in high-density metro station areas.
