置于中国质量效率双变革的基础上，推动旅游业发展融入绿色经济体系，把握旅游业建设与城市绿色发展的相互关系，对转变旅游发展模式具有重要意义。文章以 2005—2019年 53 个典型旅游城市为研究样本，运用面板灰色关联、异速增长模型和 MGWR 等方法分析了旅游发展和绿色经济的时空关联特征、异速增长关系及其影响因素，并从内外两部分构建异速增长关系形成机制。研究发现：（1）研究期内旅游发展与绿色经济关联强度在研究期内波动上升，空间上呈“南高北低”及沿长江经济带分布态势，重点旅游城市正向关联程度高于旅游枢纽城市。（2）旅游发展与绿色经济异速增长关系以旅游发展扩张强型为主，正异速增长城市占比增加，整体异速增长水平提高。（3）绿色技术在两阶段对异速增长关系具有稳定正向影响，创新能力和外商投资为负向及负向的稳定影响；经济规模和教育水平的影响由正向转为负向，交通优势的影响由负向转为正向。 - 关键词：
旅游发展；绿色经济；异速增长；旅游城市；形成机制 - Abstract: Based on the dual transformation of quality and efficiency in China, integrating tourism development into the green economy system and understanding the interplay between tourism construction and urban green development is of great significance for transforming tourism development models. Using data from 53 typical tourism cities from 2005 to 2019, this study applies methods such as panel grey relational analysis, the allometric growth model, and multiscale geographically weighted regression (MGWR) to examine the spatiotemporal association, allometric growth relationship, and influencing factors between tourism development and the green economy. It further constructs a formation mechanism of the allometric relationship from both internal and external perspectives. The findings are as follows: (1) The strength of the association between tourism development and the green economy showed a fluctuating upward trend over the study period, with a spatial pattern of “higher in the south, lower in the north”, concentrated along the Yangtze River Economic Belt. Key tourism cities exhibited a stronger positive correlation compared to tourism hub cities. (2) The allometric growth relationship between tourism and the green economy is dominated by tourism-expansion-led growth, with an increasing proportion of cities showing positive allometric growth and an overall rise in the level of allometric growth. (3) Green technology consistently exerts a stable positive effect on the allometric growth relationship across two stages, while innovation capacity and foreign direct investment have stable negative effects. The impacts of economic scale and educational level shift from positive to negative, whereas the influence of transportation advantages changes from negative to positive.
