社区既是居民生活基本单位，也是社会基层治理平台，已经成为城市公共服务的主要载体。文章基于“全过程”视角，从需求、决策、规划与建设（更新）、管理与运营、评价与反馈五方面，系统梳理了我国城市社区公共服务设施供给研究的主要内容。研究趋势为社区公共服务设施供给向以“人”为本转变，研究“实践”导向特征显著并呈现多行业、多学科融合，从空间规划配置与建设向决策机制与可持续运营研究延伸。最后提出进一步的研究展望。 - 关键词：
社区公共服务设施；供给；全过程；述评 - Abstract: Communities are not only the basic units of residents’ daily lives but also platforms for grassroots social governance, and they have become the primary carriers of urban public services. From a “whole-process” perspective, this article systematically reviews the main content of research on the supply of public service facilities in urban communities in China across five dimensions: demand, decision-making, planning and construction (including renewal), management and operation, and evaluation and feedback. The research trends indicate a shift toward people-centered approaches in community public service provision, with a strong emphasis on practice-oriented studies and increasing integration across multiple industries and disciplines. Moreover, the research focus is extending from spatial planning and construction toward decision-making mechanisms and sustainable operation. Finally, the article outlines directions for future research.
