文章以深圳市为例，对公共服务设施可达性和负载程度进行分析，基于全龄友好视角分析其存在的问题，探索适应人口特点的公共服务设施优化策略。文章首先对深圳市人口发展趋势进行分析，以社区为基本单元，分析基础教育、医疗、文化体育、养老等 4 类公共服务设施与人口需求之间的匹配关系。在此基础上，针对深圳市发展特点，结合不同类型设施的供给特点和属性，提出适应存量开发布局、兼顾均等化和弹性配置、突出代际融合、面向家庭需求等公共服务设施优化建议。 - 关键词：
全龄友好；“人口—设施”匹配；公共服务设施；深圳市 - Abstract: Taking Shenzhen as a case study, this article analyzes the accessibility and load levels of public service facilities, examines existing issues from an all-age perspective, and explores optimization strategies tailored to population characteristics. First, the paper analyzes the population development trend of Shenzhen, and takes communities as the basic unit to analyze the matching relationship between four types of public service facilities (basic education, medical care, culture and sports, and elderly care) and population needs. On this basis, aiming at the development characteristics of Shenzhen and combining the supply characteristics and attributes of different types of facilities, this paper puts forward optimization suggestions for public service facilities, including adapting to stock development and layout, balancing equalization and flexible configuration, highlighting intergenerational integration, and focusing on family needs.
